Welcome to our page!  We are a conceptually based practice and we provide a variety of modalities to suit each individual client's needs.  We are in the middle of setting up our website so we will be adding information frequently.  Our philosophy is we address the body as a whole.....mind, body, and soul.  We go by time not by what we do but we understand some clients have specific needs or wants. Through our extensive trainings and experience in the field, we pull from many different tools to achieve each client's ultimate goal. We each have our own separate style.  A few examples techniques include Sports massage, Lomi Lomi, Ashiatsu, pregnancy massage, Myofascial Release, Structural integration, resistance and release, trigger point work, style and rhythm, Mercier therapy Pelvic Abdominal Visceral Manipulation, open breast tissue massage and we keep learning as we go.  We are here to help each one of you as best we can.........because YOU MATTER
